Join Dr. Jeanne Eder, Director of Alaska Native Studies, as she presents her one-woman show portraying the lives of Sacagawea (Bird Woman); Waheenee (Buffalo Bird Woman); and Zitkala-Sa (Red Bird). Eder brings these historical Native American women to life through her use of the Chatauqua style of presentation. The characters are presented as if "alive in the present voice". Come meet Sacagawea, Waheenee, and Zitkala-Sa at 7:00 in the Campus Center Den. A reception will be provided. This event is free of charge, and all are welcome to attend.
